Hospice Division
ABOUT US
Caring for your family like our own...
100% coverage for Qualified Medicare/Medicaid participants

The Hospice Team understands that millions of people are
faced with a life-defining illness everyday and most feel
hopeless and afraid.  Our Hospice Division helps the whole
family cope with the fear of the inevitable, being in pain, being
alone, or being a burden to loved ones.

Our Hospice Team can relieve you and your family of financial
burden by providing all medications, supplies, and durable
medical equipment per related diagnosis.

Our Team can relieve caregivers by providing short-term
in-patient care, including respite care.
We allow you to participate in the pain and symptom control
management through open meetings with our Physician
Director and our Hospice Team.
We can prepare the patient and their family on emotional and
spiritual issues.

Patients and Families are clear about their priorities at the end
of life.  They want to be home, the want control over their pain,
they want emotional and spiritual support for them and their
loved ones and they don't want to strap their family with
outstanding medical expenses.

Care is provided without regard to race, creed, sex, age,
national origin, or sexual orientation.

The Home Health Care Team understands that the
patient's priority is to receive health care in the familiar
surroundings of their own home.  Our compassionate and
qualified team works with the client and the client's family
members to ensure that the client has the comfort and
security of living at home.

The Home Health Care Team believes in the concept of
health as defined by the World Health Organization as "a
state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being,
and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity".  We
are also committed to the philosophy that individuals in
need of skilled nursing care and other home health
services should have access to such treatment at home
unless there is a compelling medical/social reason
prohibiting such care.

We work with the Texas Medical Foundation to promote
outcome based goals, independent functioning, prevention
of institutionalization, and good health for each of our
patients.

Care is provided without regard to race, creed, sex, age,
national origin, or sexual orientation.
